Anna Bielby (Chief Executive) and Keith Winstanley (CFO) of Vp plc hosted an Investor Presentation covering highlights of the company's Interim Results for the six month period ended 30th September 2024. The company reported robust performance despite challenges in some end markets, and highlighted their solid balance sheet and an interim dividend of 11.5p per share (continuing 30+ years of uninterrupted track record).
Management discussed the launch of Vp Rail, an integrated rail solution providing customers with direct access to all the Group's rail specialisms, and the acquisition in October of CPH, one of Ireland's leading specialist powered access companies. The team provided a financial, operational and strategic update with some illustrative case studies, and then answered a range of questions submitted by viewers.
