Vp plc is a specialist equipment rental business providing equipment, people, services and support for specialist projects. It focuses on niche sectors principally in the Infrastructure (38% of Group revenue), Construction (36%), Housebuilding (7%) and Energy (10%) markets in the UK and Overseas.

It has an excellent track record of growth and high returns over many years as well as a 30+ year unbroken dividend record.

Anna Bielby (CEO) and Keith Winstanley (CFO) of Vp plc hosted an Investor Presentation covering full-year results for the year ended 31 March 2025.

Results again demonstrated the strength of Vp's business model, which continues to deliver attractive returns by focusing on specialist activities across a diverse spectrum of end markets. Management provided an overview of the strategic progress Vp plc is making, prospects for the markets they operate in, and a detailed review of key financial metrics. Management then answered a range of questions submitted by investors.
