Springfield Properties - FY Results - Investor Presentation video - 18 September 2024

Innes Smith (CEO), Iain Logan (CFO) and Sandy Adam (Chairman) of Springfield Properties hosted an Investor Presentation covering detailed highlights of the company's Full Year results for the period to 31st May.

Management discussed key objectives achieved during the year, including the reduction in debt, the transformational agreement signed with Barratt Developments and the improvement in Private Housing since year-end. They also discussed the expected sharp increase in demand for housing in the North of Scotland to support the delivery of green infrastructure. The team then answered a range of questions submitted by investors.
