Ian Simm (CEO & Founder) and Karen Cockburn (CFO) of Impax Asset Management conducted a live Investor Presentation reviewing their interim results for the six-month period ended 31 March 2025.
Management discussed the challenging H1 period which saw a decline in AUM, but also highlighted the improving investment performance relative to benchmarks and positive momentum towards strategic priorities (with the SKY Harbor acquisition closed after Period end). They noted tight control of costs, the financial strength of Impax, and the announcement of £10 million share buyback programme, before then answering investor questions in a wide-ranging Q&A session.
