Telford Homes plc (TEF)
Telford Homes is a residential developer operating across London. The business was formed by three people in 2000 and now employs 230 employees and has a development pipeline valued at over £1.5 billion. There is a chronic shortage of new homes in London. Telford Homes aims to double in size over the next five years to help address this shortage which will involve increasing the output of homes to around 1,500 each year.
