Matchtech Group (MTEC)
Established in 1984, and AIM listed in 2006, Matchtech has become one of the UK's top specialist recruitment companies with revenue in excess of £650 million. In January this year, Matchtech acquired Networkers International for £58m, in a deal designed to accelerate Matchtech's vision to become the market leading specialist recruiter in engineering and technology, in the UK and internationally. Following on from their recent excellent results CEO Brian Wilkinson and CFO Tony Dyer will represent the company.
NWF Group (NWF)
NWF Group is a specialist UK agricultural and distribution business. Established in 1871 to supply farmers' needs, NWF has grown into a strong, profitable and resilient business, with operations across the UK, underpinned by a substantial asset base and the availability of substantial financing facilities to fund development. The business operates in large, stable markets. The three divisions, Feeds, Food and Fuel, each have scale and good market positions, are profitable and cash generative. Today NWF has announced an earnings enhancing acquisition of Staffordshire Fuels which is set to increase annual volume by 8%. Chief Executive Richard Whiting will be presenting.
Fairpoint Group (FRP)
Fairpoint is an AIM listed consumer professional services business specialising in the provision of consumer-focused legal services, personal debt solutions and claims management. The group has been transformed over the last 18 months by a series of acquisitions in the legal services area, notably Simpson Millar in April 2014, and Colemans in August this year, with the result that legal services represents 62% of pro forma Group revenues going forward.Chris Moat, CEO, will represent the company.
