Benchmark Holdings (BMK)
Benchmark IPO'd in December 2013 at 64p, raising £28 million in what was the largest fundraising in the healthcare sector in 2013 on AIM.The group has recently produced strong H1 results, with revenues up 43% to £15.2m. At the start of September it announced an important new partnership with HypoPet to bring an innovative new cat allergy vaccine to market. Malcolm Pye, CEO, will represent the company.
Staffline (STAF)
Staffline is a provider of recruitment services for the UK logistics, e-retail, manufacturing, driving, food processing and white collar markets. In May this year it announced the (hugely earnings enhancing) acquisition of Avanta for £45m, propelling Staffline from having a single contract in the UK government's Work Programme to being the third largest provider, with involvement in 9 contracts. Finance Director, Phillip Ledgard, will represent the company.
Manx Telecom (MANX)
Manx Telecom is the leading communication solutions provider on the Isle of Man, offering a wide range of fixed line, broadband, mobile, and data centre services to businesses, consumers and the public sector on the island, as well as a growing portfolio of innovative solutions to offshore customers. The company IPO'd on AIM on the 10th of February this year, placing 110 million shares at 142p. Mike Dee (CEO), & Gary Lamb (CFO), will represent the company.
