Investor Forum: WH Ireland, Deltex Medical and Ilika - 26th March 2014

We will be hosting our next Investor Forum at Fasken Martineau, on the evening of Wednesday 26th March. You are invited to attend and meet the senior management of WH Ireland, Deltex, and Ilika.

WH Ireland (WHI)

WH Ireland is one of the oldest names in Stockbroking, and can trace its roots back to 1872 as a broker in Manchester. In 2014 it is a financial services company offering Private Wealth Management, Wealth Planning and Corporate Broking services. It has one of the largest AIM corporate client lists in London.

CEO Richard Killingbeck will update our audience.

Deltex Medical Group (DEMG)

Deltex Medical is a manufacturer of leading medical equipment used for 'haemodynamic monitoring'. Their CardioQ-ODM monitor is approved by NICE in the UK, and they have an exciting collaboration project in the large American market with the giant Premier Inc.  Crucially for managers of health providers, effective fluid management monitoring can reduce mortality rates for elective procedures and improve the quality of care for thousands of patient....thus saving significant amounts of expenditure.

CEO, Ewan Phillips, will present their plans.

Ilika (IKA)

Ilika is another example of how British university technology can be both commercially successful and thrive in the quoted arena. Spun out of the School of Chemistry at Southampton in 2004, with a later IPO in 2010, Ilika is now globally recognised for the rapid development of novel materials. In recent weeks there has been great interest in their announcement of a unique method of production for stacked solid-state cell battery, with potentially huge out-licensing opportunities.

CEO, Graeme Purdy, will present their investment proposition.

Due to anticipated interest and limited space availability, interested attendees are encouraged to register (below) as soon as possible.

Venue: Fasken Martineau, 17 Hanover Square, London, W1S 1HU

Time: 5.00pm for 5.30pm start, 35 mins for each company to present and answer questions, and drinks and canapés to follow at 7.15pm.

Date: Wednesday 26th of March
